We were referred to Michael from a friend who had just purchased a home in Naples. There was a bigger condo that came up for sale after they combined 2 units, making it a 4-bedroom and my husband wanted me to look at it. I had never been to Naples before but my husband bought me a ticket to fly down from Chicago and meet with Michael. That next morning, Michael picked me up at the hotel and took me to see the unit we’d end up buying. It was a mess - they were drywalling - but the view was amazing and there was a possibility of a boat slip. Michael waited patiently as I looked around & got the tour and then took me to 2 more condos in North Naples so I could compare. We spent the day driving around as he gave me the tour and explained the areas and history of the town. I felt as if I’d know him for years and after a fun lunch, we went back to negotiate the deal on the first place. Needless to say, we got the double unit with the boat slip and as we face-timed my husband, there was much excitement in the air! In the months (& years) that followed, Michael became a trusted friend - an ally I counted on over and over. He also invited me out on his boat each time I came to town with my daughter, mother or friend and we continued to get tours and discover new islands and beaches. When we finally closed, I was worried I wouldn’t see Michael regularly, but he continues to check in and offer helpful references and services. To say he is the total package would be an understatement! I feel so lucky to have had him helping me throughout this stressful process and I would absolutely recommend him to all of my friends who I hope will move here, too!
